Chickpea, spinach and almond balls

'Another recipe for chickpea balls ?!'
I hear you say, vegan friends. Well, yes, but this one has spinach and almonds, and it makes all the difference ! 😉

- Yields: 12 portions approximately
1Wash, dry and chop the spinach. Peel and slice the onion.
2Mix the chickpeas and onion, together with the almonds (rinse them beforehand) and the lemon juice.
3Add the spinach, season, and mix. Make golf ball-size balls.
4Roll them in the ground almonds, fry them for a few minutes.
5You can also bake them in the greased dish, in the oven, 180 degrees, but they'll be less crusty.
