Chestnut and pumpkin wheat protein roast

wheat protein roast is a real solution for yours menu vegan !

1In a large dish, put together the pumpkin, chestnuts, 3 cloves of garlic and the chopped coriander. Drizzle with olive oil and if you have a small child around, ask them to mix the whole thing with their bare hands so as to cover everything with the oil.

2Place the wheat protein in the middle. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and a bit more olive oil. Add a small quantity of water at the bottom of the dish and cook in the oven on 180 for 40 minutes.

3Meanwhile, cook your pasta and prepare a gravy (there are some easy recipes).

4Half way through the process, turn the vegetables over and pour the gravy over all the ingredients.
