A delicious carrot and ginger juice that will satisfy your hunger without providing calories: only nutrients!

  • Prep: 16 mins


1Clean and prep the carrots, and remove the tops and feed them through the juicer.

2Press the oranges and pour the juice into a blender with carrot juice, ginger and turmeric.

3Mix until the mixture is smooth.

4Add some maple syrup for a sweeter taste. It's ready!


8 carrots

3 oranges

1 teaspoon grated ginger

Half teaspoon turmeric

brown sugar or maple syrup to sweeten (optional)
