Bruschetta with mushrooms

Can be used as tasty starter or, cut into small pieces, as appetizer

Directions

1Toast the slices of bread.

2Chop mushrooms.

3In a skillet, heat a little oil with the garlic cloves peeled, add chopped mushrooms, salt and parsley and cook for a few minutes.

4Put some oil over the bread slices add the mushrooms (without the garlic) and good appetite!

200g portobello mushrooms

Extra virgin olive oil

1 garlic

parsley

salt
